- The challenge
A complex digital programme required a single platform to support multiple workflows, user types and operational teams.
The system covered everything from applications and programme processes to learning, communication, reviews, monitoring and administration. The challenge wasn't simply building individual features — it was making all these workflows work together as one reliable product.
- My contribution
I worked closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify business workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
My hands-on contribution covered frontend development, backend APIs, business logic and database design, while also being involved in technical planning and delivery.

06A little about me
I'm Mukul.
I like solving problems
with software.
I've been building software professionally since 2020, working across web applications, backend systems, databases, APIs and cloud-based solutions.
Today, I'm a Technical Lead, but my work goes beyond writing code. I work directly with clients to understand requirements, shape solutions, plan delivery and then get hands-on with the implementation.
I've worked across frontend development with Angular and React, backend development with .NET, database design and APIs, along with cloud-based solutions using Azure.
What I enjoy most is taking something complicated on paper — a business process, a workflow, an existing system or a rough idea — and turning it into software that people can actually use.
That's the kind of work I want to do independently too.
